Should we love Satan because God says to love everybody?

So the Bible tells us that we are to love God completely, and that we are to love other people with the same kind of love we have for ourselves. And that we are to “avoid” all evil. Every bit of that is pretty challenging, isn’t it? Still, if we live our lives following these commands, we will live the best possible life, one with God in the picture.
